Jayden Grundy- Owner/CEO/Boss-man
Jayden is passionate about local craft beer. If he’s not travelling around the world on a charity-driven expedition, you can find him making friends, brewing beer or enjoying a fresh pint in one of the many craft breweries in Vancouver. Through numerous philanthropic events he’s organized, Jayden has discovered a talent for producing unforgettable events. He has been in the tourism industry for the past decade and he loves to show people a great time wherever he goes!
Favorite Beer I love most colors of the rainbow, but for this summer: North West IPA's and sours are hitting the spot!
Favourite Wines Whites all day long… especially a well balanced Chardonnay.

Rose Naegeli – Operations Manager
Vine & Hops really is family owned and operated, Jayden’s Mother, Rose, M.O.M. aka My Operations Manager, started with Vine & hops two years ago and is the glue that holds it all together. She takes care of everything financial, as well as operations between all our partner venues. In addition to this very important role, Rose is also the Vine & hop’s detective, nothing gets by her, she always spots the “extra business meetings” Jayden puts on the company credit card, don’t pull a fast one on Mama Rose!
If you book a tour with Vine & hops you no doubt will hear from Rose along the way.
Chris Brewer – Tour Guide
Chris lives up to his name, he is your man for everything BEER! A recent recruit to the Vine & hops team, Chris works as a flight attendant during the day, so you can rest assured there will be minimal turbulence and clear emergency exits over the wings (or wheels in our case).
Chris has a great interest and knowledge in the amazing craft brewery scene in Vancouver, but since starting with Vine & hops he is developing his knowledge in wine and spirits to round out his skills.
Layla Cowley – Event Coordinator and Tour Guide
Our Token Brit Layla is your gal for private events. She is Jayden’s right-hand woman and loves helping to make your private event special. Layla moved to Vancouver 3 years ago and has worked in the Craft beer scene pretty much since she got off the plane. She is super passionate about supporting our local producers and loves showcasing the best that Vancouver has to offer!
Layla recently passed her driving test and is ready to take you out to our local wineries, breweries and distilleries!
